Together, we’ll work on setting boundaries, processing difficult experiences, and reclaiming your authentic identity and self-worth after it was "diminished" and get the confidence needed to move forward in healthier relationships.
Teen & Adolescent Therapy
Helping teens navigate anxiety, social pressures, emotional ups and downs, and life transitions in a supportive and relatable space. I work to build strong rapport while providing practical tools to improve communication, confidence, and emotional well-being using evidence based approaches.

Specialized Performance Therapy

Performance therapy is designed to help individuals overcome anxiety, mental blocks, and self-doubt that impact performance. Integrating elements of sports psychology, CBT, mindfulness, and acceptance-based approaches, I support clients in building focus, confidence, and a more effective mental game.
Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, offering guidance in case conceptualization, ethical practice, and professional development. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities with a supportive, collaborative style to help clinicians grow in confidence and clinical skill.
$115 per 1-hour appointment
